Terms of Use

These terms describe the agreement between you and Trailwren for using Trailwren. Contact: contact@trailwren.com.

If you use Trailwren for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Trailwren turns source documents and instructions into SOPs, CRDs, playbooks, and runbooks using AI and document-processing services. Features and availability may evolve.

Your plan determines generation allowances, files per project, and storage capacity. Monthly and yearly payment options for the same plan share the same monthly generation allowance. Generation allowances reset at the start of each calendar month in UTC. A failed generation releases its reserved allowance; successful generation usage is not restored by deleting its output.

You retain your rights in the documents, instructions, and other content you upload. You grant Trailwren permission to store, transmit, process, and transform that content only as necessary to provide, secure, and support the service and meet applicable obligations.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted content. Trailwren does not claim ownership of your uploaded documents or generated documents, but does not guarantee that AI output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights.

Generated material can contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before using it in business operations or sharing it with others.

Trailwren output does not replace qualified legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on unreviewed output for decisions that could affect safety or legal compliance.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, unauthorized disclosure of confidential or personal information, or uploading malware. Do not bypass access controls, evade plan limits, disrupt the service, or access another person's account or content without authorization.

Lemon Squeezy handles paid checkout as merchant of record. The price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and payment terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Cancel through Manage billing to stop future renewals. Cancelled subscriptions retain paid access until the stated end date; cancellation alone does not issue a refund. Payment recovery and subscription status updates are handled through Lemon Squeezy.

Refund requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable mandatory rights. Changes to existing subscription prices will be communicated where required.

The service may experience interruptions, maintenance, or errors. We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue.

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. Keep copies of documents important to your business and contact us separately for account deletion requests.

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may revise these terms as the service evolves and will provide notice of material changes where required. Read these terms alongside the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
